Not very far off of Route 444 in Dayton, Ohio is a memorial to the famous Wright Brothers, the fathers of flight. It is no surprise then that sleepy little Dayton is a flight and aerospace mecca. In a field overlooked by the monument a person can view where the famous brothers prepared for their flight into history. The brothers used the field for their early trials.
Visiting Dayton is a good idea. The town is small with just about 200,000 residents that find their way over bridges that get them across the many waterways. There are several Dayton hotels to stay at so lodging won’t be a problem. Make sure you give yourself enough time to visit all the sites. There is a great deal to see so just don’t try and pack too much into a short period of time.

Believe it or not you can have your fill of theme parks. This isn’t something that I would have ever believed but last year after three days solid of visiting theme parks on our hotel deals to Florida, my boyfriend and I were in a need of a little culture so we visited the Ringling Museum Complex in Sarasota. The complex is basically three museums in one area, which might sound like historical overload but which definitely isn’t, when they’re dedicated to the circus. Ringling was a circus baron and these museums provide an interesting insight into the background of the circus.

This time last year me and my friends set off on our all inclusive holidays to Lanzarote. As some of us were on a budget it was definitely a good idea to pay for all inclusive so that we knew what all our costs were up front. It also meant that we had more money for excursions, and of course petrol for our hire car. After a week on the island we decide to visit Charco de San Gines, which is a lovely lagoon situated on the island. The island is naturally beautiful and is relatively free from tourists. It almost looked Greek as most of the buildings surrounding the lagoon where white with blue trimming.

My wife and I are talking about our plans for our upcoming holiday. We want to take our daughter to visit her parents and then mine. They, of course, live in opposite directions. We are trying to figure out what we are going to do about holiday money. We will drive but we are watching our money closely right now. With the baby we have gone from two incomes to one and money is tight, even though we’re getting by.

Every country has their specialities and they all are known for a few things specifically. France is one of the places that are well know for a lot of different things. A few things are the food, Eiffel Tower, crafts and so much more. My mom is a big time knitter and crocheter. I told her I would take her to the Cottage Holiday France so she could explore the different shops for the beautiful pieces she is currently working on.
